Terms & Conditions (English Version)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.pharodent.com and all related communications between PharoDent (“the Company”) and any user (“the Client”). By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of Services

PharoDent operates as a facilitator of dental tourism services in Egypt. The Company assists clients with treatment coordination, travel, and accommodation arrangements but does not provide medical services directly. All clinical procedures are performed by independent licensed dentists or clinics.

3. Use of Website and Inquiries

The Website is provided for submitting inquiries only. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a booking or contract until confirmed in writing by the Company and supported by the required deposit payment.

4. Eligibility and Parental Consent

The Website is intended for users aged eighteen (18) years and above. Minors under 18 may only use the services with written parental consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate personal, medical, and travel information, disclose true medical history, and comply with all instructions from the Company and partner clinics.

6. Payment Terms

A deposit of thirty percent (30%) is required to confirm the booking. The remaining seventy percent (70%) shall be paid before arrival and prior to the commencement of any services.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds follow the policy stated in the Service Agreement: full refund minus 5% if canceled 45+ days before arrival, 50% refund between 15–45 days, and no refund within 15 days or for no-shows.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts only as a facilitator and shall not be liable for any medical, travel, or accommodation outcomes. Liability, if any, is limited to the total service fees paid by the Client.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, text, images, and designs on the Website are the exclusive property of PharoDent. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Consent for Marketing and Testimonials

Clients grant PharoDent permission to use anonymized photos and testimonials for marketing unless withdrawn in writing.

11. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal data are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using the Website, Clients consent to data collection and processing necessary for service facilitation.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or pandemics.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.

14. Amendments

PharoDent reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
